HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Easy! Please email info@printdance.com (personalised items are non-refundable).
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days if the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in the condition in which is was received. Items must not be marked or stained with makeup, deodorant or similar. Items received that are in poor condition will be returned to the customer.
We will then send you more info on how to return your item for a refund. Please check our refunds terms below to check if you are eligible before emailing us.

We do not offer a free returns or collections service, any items that are to be returned are the buyers responsibility until they reach us.

Please include the following when returning any item: Full name, delivery address, email address, reason for return Failure to include the above will cause a delay.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items or items with any custom extra personalisation are non-returnable and not eligible for exchanges.
Personalised orders may only be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of being submitted and only if we haven’t yet started work on the order.

FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS

2. In the case that you do receive a faulty personalised item, we must ask that this is returned to us or an image sent before we can send out a replacement.
3. Personalised/custom printed items that are produced on special customer request, are exempt from the right of withdrawal (replacement).

EXCHANGES

We do our very best to help you with sizing, but we know sometimes it’s possible to just choose the wrong one. If that’s the case and you need to exchange you have two options:

FAST TRACK EXCHANGE

Place a new order for the items that you would like. Send back the unsuitable items within the next 7days. A refund will be issued for the returned items once received.

STANDARD EXCHANGE

Return the items to us and once we receive them we will contact you to take payment for postage to re-send the items.
You can return items to us on any service that you choose. We simply ask that you obtain proof of postage. Please take into account delivery times if you require your items for a particular date, we would recommend the express exchange. To keep costs as low as possible we suggest using Royal Mail signed for, and packing items to fit a small letter or parcel.

MISSING ITEMS

1. We must be informed of any Missing Parcels within 7 days of dispatch.
2. Our standard turnaround to dispatch is 5-7 working days, and delivery is within 48 hours of item dispatch.
3. If you wish to request to track an item please wait for 10 working days before contacting us for a tracking reference.
4. If you need your item by a specific date then please let us know when ordering and we will let you know if your order will reach you by then. We will also advise you on the best postage service for your needs.
5. Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and are subject to their terms and conditions.
6. Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery. The original postage will not be refunded.
7. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
8. All items are delivered by post; unfortunately, it is not possible for you to collect your item.
9. Please check your email in the days following your order in case we need to contact you to confirm your address details or make any amendments to your order etc.
